1. You fill the questionnaire — dates, where you're staying, your kids' ages, walking tolerance, food style and must-dos.
2. We read it and, if anything important is missing, email you before starting — better to ask than to guess.
3. Sonia builds your day around your family's real rhythm: the route, the timing, the food, the backups, and what to skip.
4. Your edited day arrives in the app within 72 business hours of a complete questionnaire (holidays excepted) — with one refinement round once you've seen it.
