City Story Club collects the information needed to create your personalized Paris family edit, and only that. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.
To prepare your edit, to communicate with you about your order, and to deliver your guide. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
We process this information to perform the service you've asked us to provide (your edit), and on the basis of your consent for anything optional, such as a child's name for a keepsake.
We only ask for the child information needed to plan a realistic family day — age, interests, energy, food style, mobility. A child's name is optional and used only for a keepsake if you request one. We keep this minimal and never publish it.
We may use digital and AI-assisted tools to help organise routes and drafts. When we do, we share only the minimum needed — never full names, contact details, payment information, or sensitive details — and every edit is reviewed by Sonia before delivery.
We keep your information only as long as needed to deliver your edit and support your order, then delete it within [X months] of your trip.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. To do so, email hello@citystoryclub.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
If we use analytics or tracking tools, we'll show a cookie notice and ask for consent where required before any non-essential cookies are set.
